On parcels and the press
Dispatch & Returns
A declaration concerning the making, sending, and (in rare misfortune) replacing of goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Effective 10 September 2026
The Consumer Contracts Regulations
Distance sales to consumers in the United Kingdom are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, together with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Those instruments ordinarily grant a fourteen-day right to cancel most goods bought at a distance.
That cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Every commission from this shop falls within that exception, as set out below.
Bespoke Goods, Printed to Order
Each item is manufactured by Prodigi only after your order is placed. The piece is personalised through the AI Composer — by recipient name, occasion, temper, and the verse you approve — and is printed as a unique impression. For this reason, standard returns for a change of mind, a change of recipient, or a change of wording after the press has begun are not accepted.
Pray review the proof of your sentiment with care before you confirm the parcel. Once an order enters production, the inscription cannot be altered.
Dispatch
Allow three to five working days for the making of the piece, after which a dispatch note is sent to your electronic post. Transit then depends upon the destination chosen at checkout. These periods are estimates, not guarantees of a calendar hour.
International post is offered to the destinations shown at checkout. Customs charges, where levied, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Damage and Misprint
Returns or reprints are offered only where the item arrives damaged in transit, or is misprinted by the press so that it differs materially from the approved proof or from the description in the gallery.
In such a case, write to us through Enquiries within a reasonable time of delivery, enclosing a likeness of the defect. We shall, at our option and in keeping with your statutory rights, arrange a reprint or a refund of the price paid for the faulty article. You need not pay the cost of returning a defective item where we request its recovery.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this declaration affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. A personalised commission that is correctly printed to the proof you approved is not unsatisfactory merely because affection, taste, or circumstance has since altered.
How to Write
Questions of dispatch, damage, or reprint should be raised through the Enquiries correspondence, quoting your order reference where you have one. Pixel on Pixels shall attend to the matter with as much expedition as the press and the post will allow.
